In 2011, Tide Water Oil acquired the full shares of Veedol International Limited (VIL) from BP plc. VIL, headquartered in Edinburgh, U.K., possesses global rights to a wide array of registered trademarks under the master brand-Veedol-as well as its associated product sub-brands and iconic logos. Through overseas subsidiaries and manufacturing plants, Veedol Lubricants is now available in over 65 countries worldwide.

In 2014, Tide Water Oil established a 50:50 joint venture with Eneos Corporation, the largest petroleum conglomerate in Japan. The joint venture entity named ENEOS Tide Water Lubricants India Private Limited is responsible for the sales and marketing of the technologically advanced ENEOS lubricants brand in India. Manufactured by Tide Water Oil, ENEOS products are distributed through the joint venture with support provided for end-mile distribution. Noteworthy partnerships with reputable OEMs like Honda Motors & Scooters, Honda Cars, Hero Moto Corp., Kubota, Yamaha, and Kobelco have facilitated the supply of co-branded and authentic oils.

In 2016, Tide Water Oil acquired Price Thomas Associates based in the UK, owners of Granville Oil & Chemicals Ltd. Granville Oil produces the Granville and Veedol range of lubricants along with an extensive lineup of car care products and chemicals catering to the UK and international markets.

Headquartered in Kolkata, India and with regional offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, Tide Water Oil boasts an expansive retail distribution network comprising over 500 direct distributors and dealers serving more than 50,000 retail outlets and workshops throughout India. Backed by five state-of-the-art ISO-accredited manufacturing facilities and over 48 strategically located depots nationwide, the company has led the market by introducing innovative performance-level products to meet evolving customer demands. It operates two Research & Development centers in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, and Oragadam near Chennai recognized by the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research under the Government of India.
